The UTE-201BT Digital Media Receiver with BLUETOOTH® delivers excellent sound quality and the convenience of built-in Bluetooth Plus wireless technology. Listen to music files from your iPhone® or iPod® via USB (cable sold separately) and control music playback and search functions directly from the head unit. Sound quality is enhanced by the unique MediaXpander technology, especially for compressed formats such as MP3. A convenient front-panel USB port and a 3.5 mm auxiliary AUX input allow easy connection of USB storage devices or an MP3 player. This unit is not equipped with an optical CD drive.

Convenient iPod and iPhone Operation
The UTE-201BT provides a high-speed USB connection, allowing you to fully use the functions of your iPod or iPhone. You get excellent sound quality and convenient control, as well as the ability to search for tracks by title, artist, album, and other criteria. It is compatible with all recent iPhone and iPod models, including the latest iPhone X and iPhone 8.
Phone Calls
The UTE-201BT features a high-quality built-in Bluetooth module that allows you to make phone calls in a safe and legal way while driving. A separate microphone is included in the box.
Connect an Android Phone
If you have an Android phone or tablet, you can connect it to your Alpine head unit via USB (optional cable) to enjoy audio through your car’s speakers. You can select songs directly on your phone or tablet, or by using the rotary control on your head unit. This feature is available on all Alpine head units with Android Open Accessory 2.0 (including the UTE-201BT).
Enjoy Spotify
Spotify is a great way to discover new music and enjoy all your favorite songs and playlists. Why not use it on the road? Start playing playlists or albums on your phone and stream them wirelessly via Bluetooth to your Alpine receiver, enjoying the music through your car’s sound system.
Streaming Internet Radio
A wide variety of internet radio apps are available for your smartphone. Simply launch an internet radio app on your phone and connect it to your Alpine head unit via Bluetooth or AUX (an optional AUX cable is required).
Connect USB Storage Devices
The front USB port of the UTE-201BT is ready for USB flash drives and hard drives with a power supply of 1000 mA. Bring your music on a USB storage device and enjoy MP3, WMA, AAC, and FLAC files with convenient search functions.
FLAC File Playback
High-quality FLAC audio is becoming increasingly popular as it delivers much better sound quality compared to standard MP3 files. The Alpine UTE-201BT can play FLAC files stored on USB devices.
Customize Your Sound
The UTE-201BT features our best components and technologies, such as Bass Engine SQ sound tuning and EQ functions (10 presets or a 3-band parametric equalizer). You can connect external power amplifiers to the 2 pairs of line-level RCA outputs (2 Volts) or simply enjoy playback through the receiver’s built-in 4 × 50 Watt amplifier.
