The series of 8 inch installation kits for the VW platforms include all parts needed to install and make INE-W928R / X803D-U / X803DC-U work in the target vehicle. The parts for mechanical fitting are included as well as a steering wheel remote control interface that also supplies CAN to analogue conversion for ACC, Vehicle Speed Pulse and parking brake.
KIT-8VWTD includes an interface which will support the car’s radio display in the instrument cluster (MFD).
Antenna adapter is included.

It uses HDMI technology for stunning image quality and can be fully controlled from the touch screen. All installation parts are included.
If your Golf is not equipped with a disk drive in the glove box, the installation of the DVE-5300G requires the VW glove box insert with disc drive mount.

Alpine APF-X310VW CAN to UART interface for VW platforms (MIB-PQ)
While replacing the original equipment will not limit the functions, drivers will appreciate the ability to retain such visualisations and controls. The APF-X310MIB is our solution that allows the customer to receive the same kind of images while operating the heater or air condition controls and also during parking. The interface will also support the VW radio display in the instrument cluster (MFD), VW Steering Wheel Remote Control and retention of the car menu setup through your Alpine system.
